 You can get them as a reward from a job. One of the wonder mail codes in the cheats section for the new dungeons (can be found on gamespot) has a reward as an X-Ray Specs. Please rate me.

 I really don't think you can version exclusive legends in the games. But hey, I could be wrong! wE are both going to have to wait for the OTHER people to find out. BTW, do you know where to findd Celebi?
