 use a pursuit breakers, shortcuts, and also use the speed breaker (I think It's time breaker) when sharp turning and when turning, try not to bump anywhere CIAO!!!!!

 You could use the weapon cheats OR u could by a weapon(s) at the Ammu-Nation 'cause the weapon cheat would only give a certain weapon (knife, dessert eagle, tec9, sawn-off shotgun etc) If you buy at the Ammu-Nation u could choose which weapon (..

 you could use a cheat which is spawn faster cars (up-L1-R1-up-right-up-X-L2-X-L1) the cars includes Turismo, bullet, phoenix, infernus, sultan, club and others. that's all I can help... Cheers
