 Your levels are good and high so keed battleing and look for reviver seeds, sleep seeds, and x-eye seeds.

 Thats hard yo beat him with a pikachu and chimcar. Darkarai is a pokemon with dragon and fighting attacks. My advise is look for reviver seeds and use sleeper seeds and x-eye seeds to buy some time.
