 He has more then one insurance, so he wont leave you alone, but he pays you if you get stung or slip and fall or something. Unless you get hurt often though you are paying him more then he pays you.

 If you sell any event items, the tissues or building models and such, they are gone for good . But when it comes to the items you get from bank savings, you can put those bells in another characters bank account and they will get a box of tissues..

 There are AR codes for them. Otherwise, not that I know of. If I come across version 1.0 nookington codes I'll post it.
