 I have posted the azure flute code before and the answer to how to use it. All you do is climb Mt Coronet from Route 207 and get to Spear Pillar. Walk up, Flute plays music. Staircase appears go up. Catch Arceus, BAM!

 To get Manaphy you must have the Action Replay. If you need the code search Google for "pokemon pearl - how do you get manaphy?" That should do it.
