 use an AR. Oh - on the emulator, im gonna guess find the AR codes and put them into the "Options - Cheats - Manage Codes" menu.

 but i already beat the first two bosses at the lakes, valor and verity. so, when i need it to get to the third one, i go to iron island. search the whole place [b]7 times[/b] and find no riley. spent over an hour looking for him everywhere, but no..
