 Ex Machina, Its basically the same as Sturms meteor strike but Ex machina will make some units lose one turn, Nothing too drastic.

 Cant remember exactly but I think you may have to get the coal badge (may not have to) then get all the tickets of the clowns round the city and talk to someone above pokemon center and they give you a poketech. Ages scince I did that so I cant r..
