 You can get an Eevee after you beat the game by either transfering it from a GBA game pak or getting from someone in Hearthome. To evolve Eevee, make sure it likes you and trade it during the day.

 I got Drawn to Life and Phantom Hourglass. They rock! But I just need Action Replay Codes for them. Maybe not for Phantom Hourglass, but Drawn to Life. Did you guys get the guidebook?
