 you can't catch a lucario. but you can catch a riolu which can be found on slateport city. it will evolve to lucario on lvl 45. or you can trade your pokemon for a lucario.

 you can catch a pikachu and raise the level. my attacks is: -thunderbolt -thunder -focus punch -facade make sure your pikachu is holding a light ball. it doubles the sp attack. you can catch it on the first gym map. if you need anything else ..
