 Yes it is true to catch a lvl 100 Magikarp in that lake. If you talk to the guy in the pool, he talks about the big one or something... I thought it was a Kyogre at first... So I went fishing in search for a Kyogre and I caught a lvl 100 Magikarp..

 i say for the first 3 guys use an empoleon cuz they all hav a weakness for water watch out for earth power tho cuz its super effective on it. for the 4th one use a phsycic type cuz psychic is weak against psychic... thats all i got...
