 You find a Peekamoo in one of the caves in Mt. Giant. You can also get a Cockadoodle or what ever there in one of the areas, the flying birds that look like chickens are the only ones that lay eggs. And to get bigger wool get your Wooll's affect..

 Kill spiders on Mt. Gigiant or Giant what ever it's named, it's the 4th cave. They drop String and Pretty string, so you might have to kill a few.
