 there is no halo 4. its halo wars, and its gonna be turn based. similar to the civilization series. and i just watched the halo 4 trailer on youtube to see if it was real, and they were all scenes from halo 3 if u didnt notice dude...

 it just means that you have to do it stealthily. you cant just run up to him and kill him. you actually have to be stealthy about him and kill him undetected
