 For the unregistard retard u can breed creselia if u took 1 million steps! No legedary except manaphy can be breeded even if it had a gender. P.S. u breed manaphy to get phione.

 Latias (female) is red and only in Sapphire unless u get eon ticked, Latios (male) is blue and only in ruby unless u get eon ticket. You cant get eon ticket without cheats or nintendo event.

 Does anyone have an action replay code for r4 that allows u to get any pokemon u have selected in the cheat and then just go in the game and hold select and go into bushes. I saw it on my friends action replay but I can't find it myself. So anyone got it?
