 Whether or not the part is usable is random, so just keep doing the quest. After u finish u can do it to salvage parts like Kaiju claw and cannons and symbolic blade (the arm that corrupted Sys-Zero has)

 here's a hint, the hospital uniforms still give a bonus on this quest, so use ur best hospital uniforms. P.S. his name is Sys-Zero.

 You know you can't merge it if it's equiped, don't you? So if it's equipped, equip a different mech and then go to jaania and click upgrades, then if you havn't bought the kit, buy it, then you click on upgrades again and merge.

 The higher lvl you are, the more credits you get per battle. I'm lvl 19 and when I fight lvl 20 enemies, i get like 2000 credits per BATTLE!!! I have the SC wolf v3.0, Delta star leader, Star Valkyrie, Star Tyrant, Ultra Ghost hunter, SDF lvl 17 ..

 Rolith's mech is ID 16, and it's pretty much invincible when he has his best weps equipped.
