Secret - Apricorn Pokeballs

After you help Kurt down the Slowpoke Well he can make special Pokeballs using Apricorns. The Pokeballs, and the Apricorns needed to make them and their effect, are as follows:



WHT Apricorn = Fast Ball (Good for catching Pokemon that try to escape from battle quickly.)



RED Apricorn = Level Ball If your Pokemon's level is significantly higher than the wild

Pokemon's, it will be an easy catch.



BLU Apricorn = Lure Ball (Good for catching Water types when fishing.)



PNK Apricorn = Love Ball (If the wild Pokemon's gender is opposite that of your Pokemon's

you will have an easier catch.)



BLK Apricorn = Heavy Ball (Big enough to catch heavy Pokemon like Snorlax.)



GRN Apricorn = Friend Ball (Pokemon caught with Friend Balls will become very attached to

their trainer. Good for Chansey (if you want it to evolve into Blissey).)



YLW Apricorn = Moon Ball (Good for catching Pokemon that evolve with Moon Stones, like

Clefairy and Jigglypuff.)

The Shiny Leaf



The Shiny Leaf is a very rare item that your Pokmon can find. This item is not a standard item or accessory and is incredibly unique in that your Pokmon is seen with it only on it's status screen, as demonstrated in this picture. However, finding it and its use are very complicated matters.





Finding the Shiny Leaf



The Shiny Leaf is discovered by talking to your partner Pokmon while in a bit of grass. However, the areas in which your Pokmon can find the Shiny Leaf are few and far between. The location depends solely upon your Pokmon's nature and it can be one of several areas so you'll need to keep checking your Pokmon. It's not guaranteed that you shall find it even if you're in the right area. If you have found it, your Pokmon will start with an Exclamation Mark, do a dance swaying from right to left and then have a green musical note over its head. Your character then immediatelly attaches the Shiny Leaf to the Pokmon. As you get more Shiny Leaves, the likelihood of your Pokmon finding one quickly decreases

The Reward



So, now you have a Shiny Leaf, what do you do The answer is simple. If you go see Lyra/Ethan in New Bark Town, she will tell you about the Shiny Leaves and state that she'd like to see you obtain 5 of them. Come back with 5 on one Pokmon, and she will reward you with a Star for your Trainer Card and convert the 5 leaves into a leaf crown for your Pokmon.

Easter Egg - Egg mania!

First catch a ditto, to the daycare and put it in with a pokemon u want to have at their first evolution, and wait. in some time the day care man is going to call u that u got a n egg. i got five today!

Secret - How to beat Red (With one pokemon)

What you need:

Masterball x 1

revives x 10 or more

Full Restores x 10 or more



Step 1: Go in Cerulean Cave and catch Mewtwo with your Masterball.



Step 2: Train it a couple of levels



Step 3: Teach it these exact moves: Rock Slide, ThunderBolt, Strength and Psychic



Now make your way up to Red but don't fight wild Pokemon with Mewtwo unless you have enough ethers



once you reach Red, save and fight him. On his Pikachu use Psychic and that should take him out or in a few more hits.



For his Blastoise, use ThunderBolt same for his Lapras.



For his Venusaur use Psychic.



for his Charizard use Rock Slide



for his Snorlax, use basically anything



Remember! if Mewtwo faints use your revive and if your pokemon survives a hit use a full restore on him. THEN if your pokemon survives for a 3rd turn just attack you've got nothing else to do.



I beat Red with a level 73 Mewtwo and a little help from level 50s

Secret - How to get Rayquaza

Well, You need to beat the elite 4, and i think get all 16 badges then head to Mr pokemon and he will give you a blue orb or red orb (soul silver: red orb) (heart gold:blue orb), then you head to route 47, under the safari zone then go down and righ and stuff, then go into the cave, then surf, head right and rock climb up, there will be an entrance then go in it,walk ahead and Grouden or Kyogre will be there.

Secret - Shining leaf locations

The Shining Leaf is a very rare item that your Pokemon can find.

When your Pokemon finds a leaf it will perform a little dance, shortly followed by a green musical note displayed above its head.

After finding one, a small golden leaf icon will be displayed on the status screen of the Pokemon that found it.

Where you find the leaves depends entirely on the nature of the Pokemon that's following you, and being in the right area with the right Pokemon doesn't guarantee that you'll find a leaf.
