 Arceus exists only if you either use action replay or go to event. basically, the different plates u find around the game you can give to arceus and it will change its type. for example, give arceus the splash plate and its type will b water.

 try to get ur team's lvls to about 55. u might have some problems with a lower lvl team... also, it's actually kinda hard to beat the elite four without a diverse team. here are the types i recommend: fire and flying (for aaron), water/grass for ..

 It took me hecka days to catch the *** plant!!!!!! I used my honchkrow and got it down to like 3 hp left. I had to throw like 30 balls at it for it to finally give up..... I ended up getting it with a premier ball :/
