 Its just a big joke. you just cant get into the castle or even across the moat yet. if you see someone on the wall, its a graphics glitch.

 im unsure, but the guy above me has probably never played the game before. there isnt a way through it without hacks. its that or you need to collect all the trophies. i have never done either, so i wouldnt know that much about it.
