 bowser karts are ONLY for chihuahua & friends while mario karts are ONLY for dachshund & friends! you find them randomly at walks!

 trainer points and the date don't matter! it's totally random that you get it from presents on walks!

 there's no easy way to find it, you have to find it on a walk. there's a 15% chance of getting it. (****s doesn't it?)
