 I'm assuming this is a Brain Tree quest question- this is a finctional character, and you need to complete Esophagor quests to get the answer. You can find Esophagor in the Haunted Woods, and to complete his quests you have to feed him.

 You befriend the three Legendary Birds-Articuno, Zapdos and the fire one- go to their island in the friend areas and then you can go to another area where there's another legendary.

 A while after you finish the game, Spinda will appear in the Square and pass out. It'll tell you it's too tired to go on its quest around the world, and gives you the Clear Feather. You then have to travel to the Three Plains, beat Entei, Suicune..

 Yep. But they run away as soon as you encunter them, so you have to be real lucky. And there's this thing you can do to catch them, but I cant remember what it is, and Im too lazy to get my cheats book and tell you. Sorry, but try asking around ;)
