 hehehe if u got the virus in the pokemon emerald try to go in poke center and try to deposit all pokemon like deposit 1,2,3,4 then 2 will left then widraw 1,2,3,4 then deposite 5,6 like that then after u widraw try to heal yor pokemon if he ses u..
