 there is a key for cinnabar island gym in the base ment of the pokemon mansion filp switches toget to a drop off on the top floor then go down the stairsand get the key.

 you need to hit him in the back until he drops the allspark then you pick it up and hit him once,after that you r optimis and you have to defeat him, it is hard.i got my foster nephew, who is 10 yrs old, do it and he beat it twice. good luck
