 wondering if there was a vendor [other than knotholeglade] that sells lightning augmentations, and besides the chest in darkwood, becasue my knothole glade area is bugged (wont load weapon trader menu) just freezes

 its very simple, and the best town is oakvale or knothole glade, KG is easiest but teh houses cost a bit more to buy... first off you need about 160k gold, enough guile to get the "lockpick" expression a decent weapon (1 hit kills..
