 Go to the TV station in Jubilife. Talk to the guys, i think, on the 3rd floor that is standing next to a girl. The first question they ask, reply, "Everyone happy" and then next say "Wifi Connection." Tell me if that helps.

 There is no way to put them in the museum. You can only revive them. Also you must have and Action Replay to input codes. They are only about $20 so its worth buying.
