 She wont give you another quest until after the chef has been helped are you sure the chille palnt didnt pop up its more or less just behind the gardner its very small you got to water it a few times

 Okay SO I helped all the sims I can But I cant seem to trade for the hammer head so i can make the boat to get across to the other island so i can get the mango Everytime i trade with the DR i seem to get everything else but the hammer
