 if u havent got bahamuts sphere yet dude im srry but u will have to restart becasue u can never go back to the temple and its only once but if u have got the sigil look through a walkthrough ion youtube its the easisest way

 use ur skills and ur aeons with there overdrives out to quickly and decisively ed this match if not if your aeons are still weak i suggest using ur ranged attacks and spells to knock out the padogas and then quickly focus on sin amd the toughest ..

 no there isnt much u can do in all my experiences the best thing you can do is train in the surrounding area such as i did and when ur health is around 4k or 5k hell be extermely easy to defeat anyways ima final fantasy fanatic ps it takes along ..

 i suggest u learn jecht shot on the boat and if u have left the boat and already saved then i suggest an alterantive. this is partley wat u acn do to beat the goers is u should set marks on all the best shooters with your best attackers maybe 1 o..
