Head Jublilife City and go to the 2nd floor of the TV station and go to the LEFT of the hiker(who let you dress up eur pkmn).
Then, talk to him until he asks eu to choose a pkmn to dress up. At that very moment, press the UP button. so after choosing the pkmn, he will do something to you...
Its no harm to eur DS, really! Juz a slight glitch.
And its so fraking funny! have fun being a ghost! =)
