 well, as in diamond and pearl, ir evolves at lvl 40.

 since you used AR to get all items, an error may have occurred, which probably messed up your game. all i can think of is you might need to restart your game...you might not be able to use other key items aswell.

 no such as platinum or chrome parts... only gold... but there are iron (battleship) parts though

 in pokemon pearl, how do you clone pokemon? you can clone in emerald, and i read that you can in pearl, but none of the guides work.
