 nothing happens when you reach the end. The only other thing there is that you can find wonderful stones which if you collect all 9 different colours of them you get granted a wish and sometimes if you are hit by a dark creature you might get pus..

 You have to go to zacks house with a space in your tool runsack between i think 10am-3pm
