 stop hacking because there is no way they were shiny naturally and i doubt you would take the time to get them to 100 because you had to hack to get them shiny so stop hacking

 you have to push him off or get in front of him and cut him off, when you cut him off go slower that 70 around 65 and try to stay right in front of him for ten seconds and you win when you do get in front of him and you dont last ten seconds your..
