 You've got to dig it in the desert, put it there with the shovel! If it's not that, use the metal detector to get the metal bars.

 Buy the blue one and then swap it with another room or your room's off-white toilet. Put the off one in huis room

 I built the rat cave and finished it. Then after 2 days I went to the freezer type place, is it the secret place in the computers in the hallway to the freezer? I has rat costumes and stuff so.... is it?
