Additional to the secret characters, there are secret stages as well.

Unlockable - All the characters

This is a complete list of all 35 playable characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, including all of the 'Secret Hidden Characters', obviously some of these characters are unlocked at the start but i'll list them anyway.

Secret - Secret Strike

In Bowling, during a 100-Pin Game, move your character all the way to the left or right (by using left or right on the d-pad), and roll a ball all the way down the gutter guard without it falling off. If it works, there will be a muted explosion sound, and all the pins will miraculously fall over. After completing the match you get the Secret Strike stamp.

Unlockable - Make mushroom houses appear in multiplayer

To get a mushroom house to appear in multiplayer, you simply need to clear the level when the time has the same 2 end digits next to each other when you touch the flag pole. Examples: 544, 322, 411. Depending on the two end digits, you will make different mushroom houses appear at the start point, as you would in single player when you save a Toad, only the digits are mostly red mushroom houses. Two zeros at the end will get you nothing. When you do this, you hear the original Super Mario Bros. level clear music and see a number of fireworks depending on what the last 2 digits are. 1 firework for 11, 2 for 22, and so on.

Secret - 2 button

At the "Select a Mii" screen before an event starts, hold 2 while pressing A to choose "OK." You can let go of 2 when you see the black warning / info screen. This will have the following effects on certain Events:



* Airs Sports Island Flyover - Eliminate all balloons and i-Points

* Air Sports Skydiving - Play the intro Skydiving event

* Archery - Eliminate aiming circle (difficult!)

* Basketball Pickup Game - Play at night

* Frisbee Golf - Eliminate information on the screen including wind direction / speed and the distance to the hole

* Golf - Eliminate information on the screen including wind direction / speed and the distance to the hole

* Swordplay Duel - Play in the evening

* Table Tennis Match - Play a faster, 11-point match

Unlockable - Banker Toad's Items

The toad that banks your star bits will unlocks some items as you deposit more star bits. Those are not for Mario, he will simply use them himself.

Unlockable - Play as Luigi in Any Level

Defeat Bowser at Bowser's Galaxy Generator for the first time, then check the Mail Toad for a message from him. Look for the L on the Spaceship, enter it, and then you become Luigi.

Unlockable - Every Star has its Price

If you complete Fluffy Bluff Galaxy, and then you go back, there is a hidden star. Get the cloud upgrade and go to the big tree. Jump as high as you can before you spin, causing a cloud to appear. Use all three and you should be able to get to the top of the tree. There is a small lauch star, and the yellow Toad that is always sleeping. Use that launch star and you should be on a cloud and you should see a blue Luma. The wands he holds have coins on them instead of star bits, telling you that he wants coins. You need 100 coins. It is possible to get 100 without moving on to the next area. Either by picking them up, bouncing on enemies, or getting one the two big coins.

Unlockable - Maximum lives

Firstly fly to supermassive galaxy (not on the comet level)and progress your way through until you reach the planet with the 3 huge koopas (I would reccomend a friend helping you on this because its quite hard doing it without a friend helping you,stun ONE Koopa)

long jump onto its back and follow its path whilst on its back for a while you will start to see 1 ups appearing.

Secret - Mushroom Houses

In New SMB Wii, you can make a bonus Mushroom house appear on the map by saving Toad when he appears in a level. To do this, you'll need to head to a level with the white Toad marker. Release Toad from the ? Block he's trapped in -- near the beginning of a level, listen for the cries -- and run him all the way to the end of the level to make a Mushroom House spawn. The type of Mushroom house depends on the final digit of the time when you grab the flag at the end of the level.

• Green (1-Up cannon game) - Get Toad to the end of the level, hit flag when the last digit of the time ends in 0, 1, 2 or 3.


• Red (Match game) - Get Toad to the end of the level, hit flag when the last digit of the time ends in 4, 5, 6 or 7


• Gold (Star reward) - Get Toad to the end of the level, hit flag when the last digit of the time ends in 8 or 9

Note: In multiplayer, you can make a Mushroom House appear using the a similar timing method. Hit the flag when the time digits end in 00,11,or 22 for a green house; 33, 44, 55, 66, 77 or 88 for a red house; or 99 for a gold house.
