 U can breed a evee with a bidoof. u should let it breed 7 times. The reason is because theres Jolteon(use thunder stone on evee) Vaporeon(water stone), Flareon(fire stone),Umbreon(make evee happy at night and grow it a level)Espeon(happy in the mo..

 Get strength from route 219 i think, in the tower of the dead pokemon. its at the top a old lady gives it u then u have to beat the 5th gym. go0 and push it down the steps.
