 there is a monferno in the elite four roster. you fight it/see it when u challenge the elite four.

 theres two things i know of. on of them isnt a cheat, and its in the pokemon mansion in eterna forest, and theres a room with a painting on the wall that 'watches' you. the other one is going to the elite four, somehow surfing in one of their rooms..

 unless you have an action replay, you cant 'catch' it. you need to go to a special nintendo event in order to be able to get it without an ar. if u have an ar go get some cheat and spawn yourself a darkrai
