 you should evolve your pidgey up to pigeot (2 lvls) zubat to golbat (when you beat elite 4 itll evolv to crobat) vaparion and lapras are very good pokemon. swap the sandlash for charmeleon and evolve it to charizard (teach it blast burn)

 good this is what i recomend ur team to be in the future... Primape...Charizard...Mr. Mime...Jolteon(u get an eevee in celedon)...Lapras(ull get in silph co in saffron)...Dragonite(get it from game corner as dratini or try luck at safari zone)
