 go to lilycove city and go to the shore. Fish there with a super rod on the bay. One will show up but they are rare so it will take a while. Hope this helped..... Trick zstar

 As soon as you walk into Viridian forest from route 1 go left straight away and there should be a big patch of grass. Search in their for a while and a level 2-5 Pikachu will appear
