 at the end of the game its very hard to unlock, u need all summons and drives at lv 7 and sora needs to be at lv 99 and u need to have all keyblades(including fenrir) and at the end, u fight a shadow sora(anti form) and when u win u get master ke..

 catch a seadra in the fast currents (its very rare) and it will occasionally hold a dragon scale, so imagine how rare a seadra is, then imagine how rare it is for it to hold a dragon scale. youlle probably have to catch 3 or 4. if this fails just..
