Here's the story:
After drinking a minimum of seven cups of coffee while it's still hot, bring at least one gyroid. Brewster will see it after talking to him while not sitting in a stool, and say that he has a rental space in the museum. He also happens to collect gyroids, and offers to let you store your gyroids there. He will not keep them, and you can take them out whenever you want.

Every Halloween starting at 6:00 p.m., Jack will be at a random in your town. The only problem is that everyone dresses up like him! However, you'll notice which one is the real Jack simply by the fact that he won't follow you around, unlike the villagers. Make sure that you have candy before you talk to him, or else he will play a trick on you. If you give him candy, he'll give you an item from the "Spooky Series". There are 12 in total.

When you donate bells to the town hall, you can earn gifts for your town such as a new bridge, a fountain, and a windmill or light house (one or the other, but you can change them whenever you want). Also, if you donate a lot of bells, you get extremely rare feathers that you can put in your hair.

Note: You have to donate the bells separately for each item, the bells don't accumulate. For example, when you donate 200,000 bells for the bridge, you have to donate another 500,000 bells for the fountain, and so on and so forth.

How much to spend and times of business. You can sell and I think it goes towards the cost

When you buy items from any of Nook's stores, you rack up points. As you rack up points, you can get rare items. Also, you become a member, and get discounts on all items! Points are organized by the following: Every 100 bells you spend, you get 1 point.

Every once in a while, Nook will up-grade his store by making it bigger and adding more items that you can buy. When Nook wants to up-grade, he'll let you know that he will, and the next day the store will be closed for renovation. The day after it will re-open as a new store. Below are different stores to unlock and their hours open.
