One night, any night, when you're wandering on the beach, he may appear, frightened (a
ghost, scared?), and ask you to find a magic lamp. It'll be anywhere on the ground. Bring
it back to him, and he'll give you a gift. But he needs somewhere creepy to stay, and your
attic would be a perfect haven for the startled little ghost. So, go to your attic, go to
your pocket, click on the lamp, and click RUB. He'll come, and offer you these three
options:
-Rare Gift
-Eliminate all weeds
-Crush all cockroaches in your house

NOTE: You can only chose one of these options.

when your walking around and you see an empty genie lamp then wait till 9:00 pm and go to
the southwest corner of your town and he will say to come close to him then give him the
empty lamp and he will ask you to bring him to your attic and he will grant you one wish
elliminate weeds, ellimnate roaches, or give you a random present

It's any corner of your town. I never find him in the same spot, but he's always by the
beach.

Wisp will ONLY appear on Monday nights between 8:00-2:00. It's NOT always in the corner.
Just walk at the beach until you hear him. Follow his instructions and then he'll appear.
If you have found his lamp BEFORE you meet Wisp, then just keep it with you until you meet
him at the beach. And as cab1214 already said, go to your attic, rub the lamp, and Wisp
will appear and ask you what you would like.
-a rare item
-something you could wear
-crush all cocroaches
-pull all weeds

But where the lamp can be found is random. Just run around your town until you find it. Or
if you want, I could come to your town and give you mine. I found the lamp again but I
never had the time to meet Wisp. So if you want I can bring the lamp to your town on wifi
or help you look for it.

I TRIED LOOKING FOR THE WISP BUT couldn't find him,i checked the beach and/or any form of
water.i checked from 8:00pm-11:00pm(aproximatley) and didn't find him.

I live in CA so I'm in the pacific time. If you live in Canada and said you'll open your
gate at 3:00, then I'll have to come around 12:00 pm where I am. Just tell me your time
zone or difference and then we'll figure things out.
P.S. Don't look near the river or waterfalls. Just walk around the beach like near the
edge of the water. You will eventually find him.

Whisp wish I have never seen s/he around or seen the lamp but if you say it is monday what
time i dont know i never seen it or him or her!
