im pretty sure its 8pm (dont hold me to that) and you go to the city, get off the bus and
before you go up any steps, go immeidately right...normally theres cones blocking the
enterance, but if you go at the right time, they will have moved out of the way, he fgives
you the silver shovel.

I read somewhere that u can go there after 8 pm but im noy 2 sure how but u get a silver
shovel

buy Shovel from Nook's shop and make sure you have two of them, then bury normal shovel
and then leave it for 8 days and dig it up you'll Guaranteed to get GOLDEN SHOVEL!!!

just get 2 shovels bury one leave it for one day or just over night and dig it up the next
day and you'll have a gold shovel

you go just befor 8pm and then go strat right after you get of the bus

On my wii it doesnt giv me an option to bury a shovl, Do i need 2 then will it let me?

Im not sure of an EXACT time but I went to the city at 8pm and I could not access the
tunnel. I mucked around doing other stuff and I came back to the city sometime before 4am
and a was looking around the shops alittle and then saw that both cones(to the right, at
the end of the road of the bus stop) were against the wall, giving me access to the
tunnel. I went in side and talked to the mole(cant remember his name) and he gave me the
silver shovel so that I would leave him alone.
Ive got two shovel(one silver and one basic) but I cant bury one to get the Gold shovel.
I've dug a hole and tryed to drop one in and i've tryed putting a shovel on the ground and
digging into it. Doesnt work........
