on a random day just walk around your town in the day and you might find a empty lamp on
the floor pick it up and change the time to 11.00pm then walk along the beach and there
will be a voice calling you (that's wisp) then follow his directions in till he appears
then he will ask you to find his lamp (you have already got it) then talk to him again
after you got the lamp and he will want to grant you a wish so go into your house and up
into your attic rub the lamp and he will grant you a wish.

ive got him one time and this is how between 11pm and midnight at the south east corner of
your town wisp will be there and just do what he tells you to do.

well i got him around by the beach

To get the balloon man you have got to change the date to 2000 then go on animal crossing
save it and then change the date to 2035 (on the wii settings)then once you have changed
it to 2035 go on animal crossing then go to the city and he will be there. i know everyone
says that you have to wait at a random day on a sunny day and he might be there but
seriously this cheat does work try it.

I have found wisp on a wednesday about 8pm but i can't find the lamp atall :'(

It's perfectly random what day you find Wisp. I've had the lamp for over 10 months and I
can still get my wish granted. It's usually on Weekdays through Monday-Friday at
9:00pm-4:00am

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU FIND HIS LAMP!! :)

None of your answers helped cant some one tell me a answer that has all the steps 1 by 1 i
have found the lamp once but i didnt know what to do with it so i got rid of it but now i
no what to do with it so now i have to find it all over agin and i dont know where to find

You should never get rid of random items you find around your town, even if you don't know
what it for. Keep it and look it up on animal crossing cheats until you find out whether
it is useful or not. :)

I have no idea where he is, i've searched every where i have his lamp but he hasn't shown
