I'LL lend a hand. At the Outer Wall, you need either the Booster v0.8(or v2.0) or the
Machine Gun to get to a door under Kazuma and his Sky Dragon. Enter the door and you'll
find a tiny family looking for a man(also tiny), which coincidently, is at the Mimiga
Village's Cemetary(just right as soon as you enter). Talk to him, then carry him back to
the tiny family. He'll then offer the Nemesis for your Blade weapon. Oddly enough, the
Nemesis is strongest when it's at level 1.

The Nemesis is a strong weapon that deals 12 damage and requires 1 exp. to level it up.
It's a bad idea, 'cause it gets weaker every level 'til you wind up shooting out rubber(?)
ducks that deal 1 damage. To a lot of people, it's known as "The Joke Weapon".
