Crash bandicoot dolls
Doll #1 - wumpa island.
The first crash voodoo doll, that you will encounter in the game, can be located in the
water area, behind crash's house. Run into the water and then all the way to the left. You
should find a climbable wall. Jump onto it and climb to the top to reach the voodoo doll.
Doll #2 - frozen coast.
You will need a ratcicle to obtain the next voodoo doll. After reaching the ratcicle
kingdom, you will find yourself traversing to the ice prison in order to find out any
information about nina. After several sections of moving on iceburgs, you will come across
an area rich with magmadons. Before jumping up onto the raised ground, you will see
slightly lighter coloured water, to the very left of this area, in which you will need to
use a ratcicle to surf and reach the crash voodoo doll which rests at the end of the
shallow water. This area can also be found after teleporting back, after mount grimly, and
travelling towards the screen for a small period until reaching lower ground.
Doll #3 - ice prison.
The room where you will first meet the tk will be where this third doll is located. On the
icy wall, behind the tk, will sit a small ledge to the left and above. To reach this ledge
the easiest, you will have to move the icy cube, which sits in the room, into a position
in which you can jump up to the platform. To do this, use the tk's telekenetic powers
(holding the block button and the attack button together). Once in place, you can jump on
top of the block, then either double-jump or store a mutant (if you only have one on you)
in order to gain extra height and reach the platform and gain your prize.
Doll #4 - ratcicle kingdom.
Upon reaching the ratcicle kingdom after obtaining the tk, you will find that you will be
able to not only gain golden wumpa fruit #4, but also hop onto the icy statue in the
center of the village, hop up to the raised platform on the right and use the tk to move
an icy cube out of the way. Once moved (with the block and attack button pressed and held
together), you will be able to jump and activate a small button. Leap back down and follow
the path up to the second part of the village. Once up there, head all the way to the
right to find a platform will now lower itself for you to hop on. Wait for it to come,
then jump on it so that it can raise you to an even higher platform and to another crash
Doll #5 - wasteland ruins.
In the area with the scorporilla, you will be forced to use the giant beast to smash your
way to the bottom of the ruins. Once done, head to the right and unjack the scorporilla
(you will have to, anyway) in order to climb the wall which you will find, there. Follow
the path, around to eventually come across a crash voodoo doll, behind some bars.
Doll #6 - wasteland.
You will come across a wide expanse of desert, at one point, in which you can jack a
rhinoroller and boost around in order to locate three keys. Just before heading into that
area, there will be a fork to the left. Head down there to find a weighted platform in
which you can carefully navigate across to obtain the crash voodoo doll at the end. A
second co-op player is useful for weighting the platform down so you can reach the doll,
but they aren't necessary. Jumping from one side to another, whilst heading to the doll,
also helps you from falling off, outright. If you have the tk, still, it's brief flight
(done by holding the jump button) also aids in getting across the platform, easier.
Doll #7 - wasteland.
You will need a long-ranged shooting titan/mutant for this one. A snipe can be found after
the open desert area, inside the cave which follows. Jack one and keep a hold of it until
you reach the area where you initially found the rhinoroller. Start to head back the way
you came, to get into the wasteland and just before you start to head right, for the
side-on camera section, head left, instead. Jump over the gap to find a hidden platform
with a turning wheel on the wall. By using the snipe (or other projectile titan) you can
shoot the small targets which reveal themselves in the wedge shaped gap in the spinning
wall (a tk's bullets actually go through the wall, which is easier if you still have one).
Once all four of them are hit, a small platform will move towards you from the screen.
Jump on it and it will take you to a crash voodoo doll.
Doll #8 - wumpa island pathway.
Upon having obtained a rhinoroller, you will head back to the ratcicle kingdom. In the
side-on section just past the doominator and heading towards the icy area, will be a tk
and/or ratcicle. Just after the pair of these, and before the rope-jumps, is a small
opening in the wall, above. Store your mutant/titan to gain extra height (it's much easier
to reach the gap in the wall, this way) and grab onto the side of the gap and then chimney
jump upwards. Once up, you can find ice doll #1 above and a curvaceous half pipe to the
left, in which you must use your rhinoroller to roll around the slopes, break through a
wall and then, finally, reach the crash voodoo doll which sits above the last slope, on
Doll #9 - evil public school path.
When the gate has been opened from the ratcicle kingdom, in order to travel to the evil
public school (by rhinoroller), you will be put in a side-on camera section. Keep
travelling to the right until you reach a section with a large climbable wall and falling
icicles. Use the rhinoroller's attack to thump down through the ice floor, just to the
left of the wall, where another crash doll will be waiting, to the left and under this
Doll #10 - junkyard.
You will come across a side-on section at the junkyard in which you must travel to the
left. Eventually you'll come across a section in which you will need to jack a sludge in
order to use its block ability to head through a small gap in the wall. Before heading
through the wall, travel all the way to the left on this raised path to find a slightly
more open area where a couple of very large tnts sit, waiting. Activate them, by touch,
and wait for them to explode. You will have a crash voodoo doll revealed to you, once
Doll #11 - mount grimly path.
The way to mount grimly will be windy and atmospheric. When the path starts heading away
from the screen, you will spot a few platforms to the right. Jump on these, fighting the
wind, in order to find a crash voodoo doll.
Doll #12 - mount grimly.
You will pass many sections in which you will need to slow down time before reaching this
area. Eventually, you'll come across a climbable wall in front of you, just before heading
right and to the very misty room. Climb the wall and jump up when need be, in order to
reach the small pipe, at the top. Wall-run to the right in order to snag the crash voodoo
Doll #13 - mount grimly.
In the very misty room, head all the way to the left, after the narrow path. You should
come across a small, raised platform, which raises like a slope in a c shape. Follow this
thin path around and then jump off at the top, in order to collect the last crash voodoo
Wumpa island voodoo dolls
On the mission of collecting coco's parts (and on the pathway near the other house),
you'll run away from the screen after a small wooden pier-like section. There will be some
raised platforms to the left and the right, in this area. The platforms on the right lead
to the first wumpa doll. A teleporter from mount grimly also leads to this area.
Not long after the first doll will be a side-on section with platforms which are weighted
with some others which are timed in staying up. After the weighted platforms, fall off, to
the left, in order to find a wumpa doll lodged in a tall rockface platform. If you miss
it, that's fine - you can simply hop back up using the rocks, below.
This one's dead easy to find. You will find a small spinning button on the floor, after
climbing a watery cliff section. Spin by turning the analog stick whilst on the button, in
order to drop the gate and reach the doll.
After the vine section, you will come across a gate which has to be opened. Open it, head
through it, and then immediately to the left you will find a small ledge which you can run
across or wall-run across. Once done so, you will find another wumpa doll.
Upon where coco's final machine part is, there will be a rocky section in which you can
jump up, to the right and left. Head to the top to find a weighted platform in the shape
of an arrow. Carefully navigate across it, without falling off, in order to reach the
doll. A second co-op player is useful, but not necessary.
Ice voodoo dolls
After defeating the first boss, you will be able to start heading towards the frozen
coast. On the pathway there, will be a side-on section in which you will find a ratcicle.
Jack it. Just before the rope-jumps is a small gap in the ceiling. Store your ratcicle in
order to gain some extra height in your jump, and then cling on to the side of the wall.
Chimney hop upwards by pressing the jump button when landing on the side of the wall,
until you reach the top, in which the ice doll will be sitting against the wind.
On the same path as the above, you will reach an upside-down u shaped block in which you
must jump in order to go upwards. Once up, hop off to the platform on the right. Just as
the u platform starts to descend, leap on the outside of it and use it head upwards,
again. Once up, jump off, to the left, in which you will bounce upwards to the second ice
This doll trips a lot of people up. You will reach an area with one magmadon and a gate
which needs a key (this area is also the very one you teleport to using mount grimly's
teleporter). Once through the gate, climb the wall, ahead, and just as you reach the top,
hang off of the ledge. Wall-run to the right to find another climbable wall. Head upwards
to find the hidden ice doll.
In the ice prison, you will come across a section inside a cave with falling icicles and a
large, climbable, wall. Start heading to the left. Soon, you will come across part of this
wall which heads further down and below the screen's visual range. Head downwards,
avoiding the icicle, to find an ice doll. It is fairly near the start of this section.
After jacking a tk in an area with many moveable walls, head to the left. By pressing the
block and attack buttons together, move the l shaped blocks out of the walls, to the left.
Hop up and grab the ice doll.
Wasteland voodoo dolls
After several 'rail' sections, with the rhinoroller, you will come across a gate which is
closed. Head towards the screen in order to find the rhinoroller switch to open it. On the
way, to the left, you will encounter the wasteland doll of the area, just past some spiked
In the cave, after the wide desert section, you will climb down a large wall. Jack a
snipe, in this area, and head to the left, once at the bottom, in order to jump on a
moving platform. Use this platform to reach some targets, which you should shoot at with
the attack button. Once all are broken, the wasteland doll will appear for you.
You will come to the rhinoroller den, in which a mother and her cubs reside. On a
stalegmite, to the right, will be a spiralling ledge to grab on and wall-run up. Do so and
a wasteland doll will be at the top.
On the way out of the wasteland, with the rhinoroller, on the path right of crash voodoo
doll #7, will be some curvaceous pits to roll around in. Hop up the bouncey platforms and
into this section, heading right. Eventually you'll find the wasteland doll to the right
and in the air, which you'll need to boost, when falling, in order to roll up and retrieve
You won't be able to obtain this until after the evil public school. After heading through
the large doorway at the wasteland's end, heading towards the junkyard, you'll find
yourself rolling around some rocks, briefly, heading left. When you find that you are all
the way to the left, just at the pipe which leads to the junkyard, head right and over the
first pit. Then, store your rhinoroller in order to gain additional height to reach the
roof, above. Grab on and pull yourself up, heading left, once again. The wasteland doll
will be all the way to the left and on this roof.
Evil voodoo dolls
On the side-on section on the path to evil public school 101, you will need a rhinoroller.
Boost up the first curved walls and to the top. Head left to find your doll.
You will need a tk for this. Keep the rhinoroller and boost to the top floor of the
separate floor sections, whenever you can. Once up, switch to the tk in order to pull some
icicles down from the ceiling, to use as platforms to jump across. Switch back to the
rhinoroller in order to jump across the platforms and keep on the top floor, without
falling down the gaps, and head right to eventually reach the evil doll. It sits above a
Outside the evil public school sits some very large crates to the right. You can either
climb them, in order to reach the doll, or store your mutant/titan in order to leap high
enough to obtain it (if you have only one, anyway).
Junkyard voodoo dolls
In the first area there will be a broken down pick-up truck to the right. On top of the
cabin roof hovers a junkyard doll.
The side-on section has the next doll. After you encounter your first sludge and jack it,
activate the tnts via touch. Then jump up the circulating platforms and to above, where
you can reach the junkyard doll.
In the boss room, in n. Gin's statue's head, a junkyard doll awaits you directly to the
right, once you enter.
Once the boss is defeated and the gate at the friendly sludge area is open, head to the
platforms on the right of the toxic floor area and climb up them. Hop up to the large pipe
above and shimmy to the left, where a junkyard doll sits in the middle of the piping.
This doll is in the very last junkyard area, just before the mount grimly path. Climb the
double weighted circular meshing and hop to the top to find the last junkyard doll.
Mount grimly voodoo dolls
Inside the mountain you will find a room in which has several axes swinging side-to-side
and log platforms which need to be slowed down in order to traverse. On the floor, below,
will be a grimly doll, hidden behind some of the upper platform support beams.
You'll come across a room with many platforms which need to be slowed down, via a grimly,
in order to cross. This room contains several tombstones in one area, before needing to
slow down time and cross some swivelling platforms to the left. Smash the tomestones up
and follow the path around in order to find a voodoo doll hidden behind the final
The misty room holds host to a grimly doll. After the first thin path, the ground will
open up into a more spaceous area. Head to the right and listen out for the voodoo doll
noise. Head towards the screen, once slightly right, to find the floor continues
downwards, revealing a secret area, in the mist, where a grimly doll sits.
In the room after the misty area, you will find a weighted platform away from the screen.
The best way to go about obtaining the voodoo doll is by using a grimly and following the
path as quickly as possible, or by jumping from one side to another, in order to stop the
platform from tipping too far to one side and dropping crash into the abyss. A second,
co-op player, would be useful for this doll, so that you can distribute the weight of the
platform between the two of you, to keep it still enough to reach the doll.
After uka's mission, you will head out into the open, via a yuktopus. Once outside, you
will spot the a grimly doll on a ledge to the right. You can either double-jump up there
or reach it via a digging spot to the on the floor.
Golden wumpa fruit
Golden wumpa #1 - wumpa island:
Not long after jacking your first ratcicle, you will be lead into a cave in which has
several wall mouths which gush out water. Sneeze-freeze the first one you come across, to
the left of the entrance, by blocking and pressing the attack button at the same time.
Jump on it, as a ledge, to reach the golden wumpa fruit on the other side.
Golden wumpa #2 - frozen coast:
After meeting your first magmadon and battling in a small arena, you will come across an
iceburg, which will take you to the next area. The first area has a golden wumpa fruit on
a shallow water path as soon as you enter the area. You will need a ratcicle to surf on
the water and retrieve it.
Golden wumpa #3 - ice prison:
In the first room, after jacking the first tk you meet, travel away from the screen until
you reach its back. You will find a small gate with a golden wumpa behind it. Move the
blocks out of the wall, in order to use them as steps to reach the raised floor, to the
right. Follow the path around and towards the screen in order to find a button in which
you'll need to spin on, in order to open the gate. Head back and collect the wumpa fruit.
Golden wumpa #4 - ratcicle kingdom:
After coming back to the ratcicle kingdom, with a tk, you can flip the switch on the wall,
behind the statue, in order to turn the large ice ratcicle statue to point to the left.
Climb on top of it, before it reverts, and jump off of the arm to the left, holding the
button to fly to the golden wumpa, in the air.
Golden wumpa #5 - wumpa island pathway:
On the way back from the frozen coast and to wumpa island, after climbing the water
mountain section, you'll come across two cubed blocks, before you have to head down. Climb
on top of these blocks. You can either use the tk to move the blocks, on the floor above,
out of the way, or simply double-jump up to reach the platform, and then jump on top of
the blocks on the raised floor. Behind the blocks sits a golden wumpa.
Golden wumpa #6 - wasteland:
At the gate, just past the rhinoroller rails (it needs to be opened via a rhinoroller
switch), is a pathway just to the right. Follow this trail to find a curved wall, which
you'll need to roll up, to reach the floor, above. Upon reaching that floor, roll to the
left and you'll be launched upwards and around the ceiling, collecting a golden wumpa in
Golden wumpa #7 - wumpa island:
Bring a rhinoroller from the wasteland and start heading towards the waterfall which takes
you back to crash's house. Not long before this area is a pathway which heads towards the
screen, just after the side-on camera section. Head towards the screen to find a gyser.
You do not need a ratcicle to freeze the gyser and reach the platform, above. Simply
chimney-jump up the wall, to the left, and reach the top, where the x2 mojo multiplier
sits. Then, store your titan/mutant and double-jump to the platform on the right. Once
there (you may need to hold the attack button for additional air-time, before landing),
use the rhinoroller to slide along the rails to the circular section in the wall, ahead.
Once in the wall, boost up the sides in order to reach the top. Once there, store the
rhinoroller and then chimney-jump up the walls, once again, to reach the golden wumpa that
sits up top. Phew!
Golden wumpa #8 - evil public school path:
You will need a tk and rhinoroller for this. Use the rhinoroller to gain access to the
pathway and then boost up the curved ledges near the start. Head left (rather than right)
to find an ice voodoo doll and a lever/switch. Using the tk, pull the switch down to make
a platform appear. Jump on it and it will take you upwards. From there, hold the jump
button to fly across the platforms to the left. Keep heading left until you eventually
reach more golden goodness.
Golden wumpa #9 - evil public school path:
Using a rhinoroller, after the large icicle wall, boost across the floor and then jump
onto the small ledge to the right, just before the dip in the floor. Once on that
platform, boost and jump again to reach the golden wumpa in the air. It's just before
reaching the end of the area and the school grounds, itself.
Golden wumpa #10 - wasteland:
On the way to the junkyard, and in the area beyond the large metal door, you will find
yourself boosting around the walls using a rhinoroller. Stay to the top layers and you'll
find the golden wumpa on the roof of the first curved wall section.
Golden wumpa #11 - junkyard:
Near the 3rd junkyard voodoo doll, across the first piping and above the platforms of the
sludge-floored section, sits a television set on its own, to the left. Simply smash it up
to retrieve a golden wumpa. This area is just after the friendly sludges.
Golden wumpa #12 - mount grimly path:
You will need a spike to gain this wumpa fruit. Just across the windy area, on the way to
mount grimly. Before the pathway stretches forward and not to the side, sits a spikey
blockade in which you will have to use the spike's special attack in order to get through.
Once through the spikes, follow the pathway down to be greeted by several znus and a
golden wumpa fruit.
Golden wumpa #13 - mount grimly:
You will need a ratcicle to gain this wumpa fruit. Not long after entering the mountain,
itself, is a climbable wall which leads down to a water area. You will either have to go
to wumpa island or the frozen coast to obtain a ratcicle (wumpa island is the better
option) and then teleport back to mount grimly with one, after completing uka's mission.
Once having obtained one through long and tough means, head down to the shallow water and
surf around to get to the golden wumpa. Make sure you don't touch the deep water, like i
did, otherwise your ratcicle will disappear, forcing you to do it all over again and curse
your own existence. Maybe that's just me?
Golden wumpa #14 - mount grimly:
The final golden wumpa needs a tk to obtain. You will reach a room in which several debry
will fall from the ceiling, causing you to slow down time in order to use them as
platforms to cross. Once passed, head to the right (and not left) to find an area riddled
with moveable wall platforms. Using the tk, carefully pull them out and jump on to them.
This may take some time, given how many platforms there are. Once at the very top, you
will find a small hole in the wall (it's almost invisible). Jump into it for it to take
you to a new area. Follow the path to the right to find a golden wumpa fruit. Yum, yum!
