If you want a lvl 160 character then you need to go to draogn adventure and get 7 dragon balls. Then you need to go to Shenron and make a wish for either [Title] Tenchaichi wich brings all powers +4 or get kiss of #18 which brings all powers to +6, if you get two of each then all powers will be lvl 20 and your character will be lvl 160. You can do this for any character but it just might take a while ot make every character lvl 160.
