5 answers Chapter 2 rainbow flower by rain gutter / drain

In Chapter 2, there is a rainbow flower by a rain gutter / drain on the upper right side of the main page. It requires you to climb up and use lever to open door. HOw do you get up there to water the flower? I tried to pull lever and then go back down and change into cloud to go up but door closes too quickly. Am I missing something?

In Chapter 1 on left page before you get to two moveable bridges, Located entrance from upper right of windmill. There is a rainbow drop and a puzzle piece that are high up in two seperate caves. The is also a gear stuck above a moveable piece of wood between two walls. How do I get the gear out and how do I get the rainbow drop and puzzle piece out?
