I have the same question. I entered the code. The screen says 'All songs unlocked' (or
something to that effect), but when I push "+" and return to the main Cheats page, all of
the lines still read "locked" and then when I check, there are still only two sets of
songs available.

to unlock all songs you type in the cheat then and the you halve all songs
