i forgot how to do it because im on the last bell but i remember you NEED a duck, a
pearl{i think} and you need to restore the wind before you can do anything.

almost forgot, to 'unlock' the wizard you need to go through the forest and talk to the
witch who will be a frog {after that you can talk to the wizard} you'll also need to make
her not be a frog {if that made sense...} to get the green bell

You go to the lighthouse to get the key to the watery cave from Paolo. You'll eventually
need a black pearl (sometimes it's hard to find) so just search on every floor until you
see something black and sparkly.
For the duck egg, you have to buy a duckling and wait until it becomes an adult. (You know
when it's grown because it turns white.)
For the five fish, you could either buy them from the fishery place or fish for them on
your own. They can be any kind of fish and they don't all have to be the same type.
