in the windmill is the green bell's which you get from helping out the witch

ok, for the witch you keep going through the forest, then you find her house, then talk to
the wizard after you go inside the house, talk to him, get the ingretiances, then go back
to the witches house, she will give you the bell.

In order to find the bell frame, you need to talk to Ruth. She will want you to grow her
10 good vegetables. You MUST do this. Grow which ever one is in season. Give them to her,
then she will show you the bell frame.
