Rosalina - With a Super Mario Galaxy save, win a series of Grand Prix cups/Without Galaxy
save, Attain at least 1 Star Rank for all Mirror Grand Prix Cup

Translation: If you have Super Mario Galaxy, just come in first in a tournament. If you
don't have Galaxy, get a 1star rank for every mirror cup.

thats half right. u can get her if u get one star rank in every mirror cup, but if u have
super mario galaxy, u just have 2 win 50 grand prix races. maybe thats what he was trying
2 say but i think i said it better ;)

Complete the First Level then Save.
When you go Back to Mario Kart you will see She is Unlocked
