Look at the coruse for example Shy Guy Beach, what does it have a lot off, offroad
starting and stoping. You should probley choose a car with good speed and acceleration.
Which would be the Dolphin Dasher.

Flame Runner (Manual)
Spear (Auto)
Sprinter (Auto/Manual)

I am not saying others are bad but not as good.
Any character works fine!
Grand Prix
Do not hit wall/opponents.
DO NOT FALL OFF!
Lay items where people would hit them.
Do not take off road shortcuts.

Stay in first as much as possible
Pass finish line in first as much as possible.
