K so i went into the fun Bazzar and bought the heckling voices to go with the characters and it is the most annoying thing i ever heard... can someone please tell me how to turn it OFF!!!

My friend has Mario Party 8, and he beat the Star Battle once and he got Hammer Bro, not Blooper. (the turtle and squid) And I got Blooper the first time when I beat it? I'm just confused. Please tell me what the heck is going on?
